Training Available Via Our Virtual Classrooms

A virtual classroom is an online learning environment that allows for live interaction between the tutor & the learners as they are participating in learning activities. 

It is a shared online space where the learners & the tutor work together simultaneously.

 Each delegate receives individual attention & can ask questions over the Mic & also via the Chat facility.  Delegates can also share screens during the session so that the trainer can troubleshoot issues encountered during the course. 

Learners can:

* Share keyboard & mouse control

* Screen share to allow the trainer to resolve issues

* Talk to the trainer with open Mic 

* Message the trainer privately

* Use drawing tools to highlight items on the screen
